Information you choose to provide

When you submit the online quote form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property location, Maui service region, photos, access details, timing, and a description of the work. The website host securely saves the contact and quote fields in its database for reliable delivery and recovery. Uploaded photos may be retained separately for up to 90 days. A native email notification is sent to the business inbox and an authorized backup inbox; provider acceptance confirms that the email service accepted the notification, not that a person has read it. The email and any later business records may be retained in our email account or job records as reasonably needed. If you choose a text link instead, the message and any photos are not sent until you tap Send in your messaging app.

Website operation and technical information

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag with Consent Mode v2 to understand site use and which ads lead to emailed quote requests or qualifying calls. The Google tag is deferred until after critical page rendering or a site interaction. Advertising storage, analytics storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization default to denied. With storage denied, Google may receive limited cookieless consent-mode pings, but the site does not allow measurement cookies or enhanced-conversion user data. There is no automatic tracking pop-up. You may use the optional controls below, and the quote form works either way. When measurement is allowed, the site may record privacy-limited events such as page views, service-call-to-action clicks, call, text, and email-link clicks, form starts, submission attempts, photo counts, accepted quote requests, and general error categories. It does not send property locations, notes, photo contents, filenames, names, phone numbers, or email addresses with those general site events. If you allow measurement and the email provider accepts your quote request, the site may separately provide your normalized email address or phone number to Google for consent-aware enhanced conversion measurement. Rejected, suppressed, or unemailed forms do not trigger that advertising conversion. Google, the website host, and the email provider may also process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, referrer, advertising click identifier, and request timing, under their respective policies. For spam prevention and request security, the quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and requires ordinary browser submission context. The quote record may store the selected Maui service region and an approximate two-character network country code, which can be affected by VPNs or relays. The quote database does not store the submitter's raw IP address or the one-way edge hash used for short-window rate limiting. Cloudflare may process request and browser technical information under its own policy.

When information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, deliver quote notifications, communicate, or perform requested work. We may also disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property. These providers have their own privacy practices.

Local storage

When you choose a service and then open the contact page, the site may briefly store that service selection in your browser so the quote form can select it for you. The selection is removed after the contact page reads it. If you use the optional measurement controls on this page, the site stores your choice so it can be honored on later visits. The site also uses a session-only accepted-request reference to avoid sending the same form conversion twice. If you allow measurement, Google may set or read measurement cookies. General analytics and advertising events do not include the property location, notes, photo contents, filenames, name, phone number, or email address.

Retention and security

Saved quote fields, quote emails, and later job records are kept only as long as reasonably useful for quoting, providing service, reliable delivery and recovery, recordkeeping, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. When uploaded photos are retained by the website host, they automatically expire from its photo storage within 90 days. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, but we use practical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

Children’s privacy

This website and these services are intended for adults arranging property services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the website or services change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
